Carl D. Forsyth, 76, of Trafalgar, IN passed away Monday, April 8, 2019. He was born January 8, 1943 in Indianapolis, IN. Carl was a 1961 graduate of Trafalgar High School and attended Eureka College. He worked in manufacturing at Eli Lilly and Company and owned and operated Forsyth Standard service station in Trafalgar, IN and also had worked for Milne Construction.
Carl enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.
Survivors include daughters Cindy Hamblin (Bruce) of Bargersville, IN, Teresa Von Hoene (Cliff) of Georgetown, IN, sons Carl J. Forsyth (Kasia) of Greenfield, IN and Lee Forsyth (Lisa) of Franklin, IN; twelve grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife Nancy L. (Winegar) Forsyth and his parents Justin and Mary (Pitcher) Forsyth.
The Reverend Jeff Hopson will conduct a memorial service on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at 3:30 P.M. at Swartz Family Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, 300 South U.S. 31 (Morton Street) in Franklin, IN where friends may call from 1:30 P.M.
