In 1961, they moved their family to Indianapolis, where she was employed with Block’s Department Store and then JC Penney’s before retiring in 1979. Margaret loved gardening and spending time with her family. She was actively involved in the church, sang in the choir, and volunteered to deliver meals and visit shut-ins.
