Obituary for David M. Lounsbery
David M. Lounsbery, 74, of Franklin, IN passed away Monday, March 25, 2019 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, IN. He was born December 13, 1944 in Indianapolis, IN to William and Frances (Prather) Lounsbery. He married Donna L. (Lagler) Lounsbery on December 23, 1965 in Indianapolis, IN, she survives.
David had been an instrument fabricator for the Indiana University School of Medicine having retired in 2010. He previously had been a toolmaker for Western Electric in Indianapolis, IN from 1964 to 1984. He enjoyed street rods and stained glass.
Survivors include his wife of 53 years Donna L. (Lagler) Lounsbery of Franklin, IN; a son Jason Lounsbery (Tracy) of Brown County, IN; a daughter Shelly Helser (Kevin) of Cincinnati, OH; four grandchildren Anna, Will, Riley, and Emerson; three sisters Carol Lounsbery, Mary Lounsbery, and Susan Lewis all of Indianapolis, IN.
A celebration of life service will be conducted at a later date.
