Cheryl C. (Harvey) Spencer, 65, of Franklin, IN, passed away Sunday, December 9, 2018 at Otterbein Franklin Seniorlife Community. She was born December 18, 1952 in Port Clinton, OH to Corbett R. and Beatrice (Brock) Harvey. She was raised by her grandmother and aunt in Coeburn, Virginia after the death of her mother. She attended Arsenal Technical High School in Indianapolis, IN. She had been a self-employed contractor for 10 years.
Survivors include her daughter Jennifer A. McKinney-Seet (Robert) of Franklin, IN; a son Eric W. McKinney of Kokomo, IN; six grandchildren; a brother Les Harvey of Indianapolis, IN; four half-brothers, Randal Harvey of Louisiana, Michael , Kenneth, and Corbett, Jr all of Texas; and a sister Louise Harvey-Matteson of Danville, IN.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
The Reverend David Mark Owens will conduct a service on Sunday, December 16, 2018 at 1:30 P.M. at the Wright Chapel at Otterbein Franklin Seniorlife Community, 1070 West Jefferson Street, Franklin, IN, 46131, where friends may call from 1PM Sunday till service time at the chapel.
