Lacie Ann O’Connor Skaggs, 18, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away Friday, September 23, 2011. She was born October 8, 1992 in Indianapolis to Michael Skaggs and Dawn O’Connor. She liked to dance, sing and hang out with her friends. She was a very happy-go-lucky girl. Survivors include her parents, twin sister Lindsey Skaggs of Indianapolis, brother Christopher O’Connor of Bloomington, Indiana, grandfather James O’Connor of Washington, Indiana, step-grandmother Patricia O’Connor of Washington, Indiana, grandmother Bobbi Skaggs, nephew Adam O’Connor, and aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by grandparents Barbara O’Connor and Garland Skaggs. The Reverend Miguel Ramirez will conduct a service at 4 P.M. Wednesday, September 28, 2011 at Hoyt Avenue Church of God of Prophecy, 4301 Hoyt Avenue in Indianapolis. Friends may call Wednesday from 2 P.M. until service time at the church.
