Carol L. Osborne, 64, of Franklin, Indiana passed away Monday, August 30, 2010 at Hickory Creek of Franklin.
She was born March 29, 1946 to Donald R. and Betty J. (Thour) Cunningham. She had worked for Specialty Connector in Franklin and Dollar General Store. She attended Northern Park Baptist Church in Greenwood. She had married Meredith Osborne; he preceded her in death on August 31, 2009.
Survivors include three brothers, Robert Lee Cunningham and Joseph Ray Cunningham, both of Bargersville, Indiana, and Ronald E. Cunningham of Morgantown, Indiana; a sister, Donna J. Cunningham of Franklin; four step-sons, Meredith Osborne III of New Jersey, Jon Osborne and Jay Osborne, both of Westfield, Indiana, and Daryl Osborne of Plainfield, Indiana; a step-daughter, Tammy Osborne Sowers of Greenwood, Indiana; and several step-grandchildren.
The Reverend Allen Pierce will conduct a service Thursday, September 2, 2010 at 4 P.M. at Swartz Family Community Mortuary And Memorial Center, 300 S. Morton Street (US 31) in Franklin. Friends may call Thursday from 2 P.M. until service time at the mortuary. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin.
