Donna L. (Unversaw) Sutton, 85, of Franklin, IN passed away Monday, October 8, 2018. She was born March 4, 1933 in Indianapolis, IN to Harry Lawrence Unversaw and Minnie Pearl (Fleming) Unversaw. She married Ronnie Sutton on March 11, 1995 in Gatlinburg, TN, he survives.
She was a 1951 graduate of Southport High School and a graduate of the Four Star Beauty College. She had been a beautician stylist in Indianapolis, IN for several years in her own studio and the Key Way Hair Salon. She also had been a cosmetologist at L.S. Ayers and Company in Greenwood, IN for six years. She was a member of the Whiteland Church of Christ. She also was an artist and enjoyed alongside her husband, traveling in the RV across the country.
Survivors include her husband Ronnie Sutton of Franklin, IN; two daughters Kathy L. Kidd (Dr. Baron) of Greenwood, IN; Debbie J. Montfort (Bob) of Greenwood, IN; a son Don E. Meyer (Becky) of Fillmore, IN; six grandchildren Tracy Nay (Josh), Nicholas Kidd (Katie), Marissa Rojas (Brian), Blake Hornsby (Amy), Lora Howard, and Evan Meyer; twelve great grandchildren; and her care-giver Destenee Etter.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a grandson Ryan Meyer; and three brothers Lawrence Unversaw, Harry Unversaw, and Bob Unversaw.
Ronnie Hewitt will conduct a memorial service celebrating the life of Donna L. Sutton at 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at the Whiteland Church of Christ, 625 West 600 North, (Tracy Road) in Whiteland, IN where the family will receive friends from 10AM until service time on Saturday. A private family inurnment will take place in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Greenwood, IN.
