Harold Roger Rieger, 76, of Franklin, IN passed away Friday, September 14, 2018. He was born January 23, 1942 in Detroit, MI to Harold Elmer Rieger and Virginia Dorothy (Olson) Rieger. He married Sharon L. (Johnson) Rieger on September 4, 1965 at Garfield Christian Church in Indianapolis, IN, she preceded him in death on May 7, 2015.
He had been a technician for AT&T for several years. He was a U.S. Army Veteran.
Surviving is his son Bryan C. Rieger of Franklin, IN; a daughter Shannon L. Ziliak (Jacob) of Decatur, GA; six grandchildren, Isaac Rieger, Erin Rieger, Amelia Ziliak, Charlotte Ziliak, Harriet Ziliak, and Everett Ziliak; and a sister Pamela Herbert (Robert) of St. Clair Shores, MI.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; an infant daughter Nicole Louise Rieger; and two brothers Robert Rieger and William Rieger.
