Vivienne (Dunkin) Bowman, 87, of Franklin, IN passed away Thursday, March 22, 2018 at Otterbein Franklin SeniorLife Community. She was born May 16, 1930 to Ronald and Vella (Johnson) Dunkin. She married Billy Bowman, he preceded her in death in 1995. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include a cousin Francis James Steele of Cloverdale, IN.
