Condolence: To the Waters family, I grew up in New Brockton and remember Lee fondly. He was always so much fun to be around and a gentleman. I have kept up with him through his Aunt Nell who lives near and I see her frequently. We were talking about him just a few days ago. He is at peace with no more pain and suffering. I know your pain.
