Barbara Dalene (McKeel) Lawrence, 72, of Indianapolis, IN passed away Wednesday, November 08, 2017 at Sidney and Lois Eskenazi Hospital in Indianapolis, IN. She was born October 30, 1945 in Indianapolis, IN to Edwin G. and Edna B. (Sedam) McKeel. She was a homemaker.
She enjoyed playing cards, games, scrabble, spending time with her family and her late dog Max.
Survivors include her children Gary W. Lawrence (Kimberly) of Indianapolis, IN, Brian S. Lawrence (Gina) of Speedway, IN, Debbie L. Kays (Tom) of Prescott Valley, AZ, and Sherri J. Taylor (Kevin) of Indianapolis, IN; eleven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three brothers Edwin G. “Dick” McKeel (Barbara) of Greenwood, IN, Jon McKeel (Rachel) of Fairfield Glade, TN, and Frank McKeel (Jaunice) of Scottsville, KY.
The Reverend Kerry Huffman will conduct a service at 7PM Friday, November 10, 2017 at the Southland Community Church, 5800 West Smith Valley Road, in Greenwood, IN where friends may call from 5PM till service time. A graveside service will be conducted on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at 10AM at Floral Park Cemetery in Indianapolis, IN.
