Condolence: Their are things in this world that I will never understand and this is one of them . Doug was full of love ,laughter and happiness . I loved walking into his studio and seeing his work and creativity. It always made me feel lighter in spirit and happier to hear about it and what he was going to do with his time for future projects . We talked about painting me a tree big and full of color that I would put in my staircase , how I wished that we would have started that . I will miss my friend forever ! Thank you for the smiles and laughter . Paint those heavens. Hugs to you and I will miss my friend.

Condolence: So sorry that this kind and creative being has left this life. May his spirit endure. I knew Doug, but not well. We bumped into one another now and then through our shared interest in art. He had given me a proposal and designs for a custom counter top not too long ago. It was always a pleasure to talk to him, he was so enthusiastic and full of life.
