Condolence: My deepest and most heart-felt condolences to all of you. I know that this last few months have been a very difficult and trying time, but know that your beloved parents/grandparents are together and in a place that I know is much better than any of us could ever dream.

Condolence: I met Ron and Mary during a trip to Germany my Jr year in high school. On that trip I heard for the first time 1 Corinthians 13 (the love chapter) during a devotional that I believe Ron led.
They welcomed me into their church family at Silver Street United Methodist and gave me the first Bible I ever had. Their willingness to share their faith ultimately led me to seek a life of the saving grace of Jesus Christ.
I was the first in my immediate family to follow Christ. My life, the life of my family and children were lives that were changed all because of their willingness to share the love of God...

Condolence From: Linda (Lotich) Ellis
Condolence: Just needed to let the family of Ron & Mary Hauswald know what special people they both were. Ron not only was our dentist, but also friends thru Silver Street Methodist Church for many years. Ron's dad, Carl, got everyone calling me "Cher" when I was young and wore my hair very long. Carl was a hoot at times and Ron loved to joke also. Got that trait from his dad naturally. Having said that, just needed to share with family how wonderful Ron & Mary were. Great people, would take their shirt off of their back for you, if you needed it. They loved doing any type of volunteer work to help those who were less than most of us. They both believed "Blessing to others" should be shared on a daily basis, that is why we are here, Not only to have the personal relationship with Jesus Christ Our Lord, but to share that love and compassion with the rest of the world, In hopes of bringing others to Christ. I will always have very loving memories of Ron & Mary.

Condolence: On behalf of the Interchurch Food Pantry, condolences to Ron's family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you in your loss. Ron has been an awesome, dedicated volunteer over the years. Even in recent months, he was coming twice per week serving as our greeter at the front door, welcoming each family who came needing food and giving them their number to keep everyone in order. As pantry manager on days that Ron worked, I enjoyed chatting with him as he would share things from his life and always asked questions to hear what was new. Ron wanted to make a positive difference in our community and he did so. He will be missed by volunteers and clients. We'll remember fondly. Our thoughts and prayers to his family.
