Teresa L. (Johnson) Qualls, 53, of Franklin, IN passed away Saturday, November 14, 2015 at Kindred Hospital Indianapolis in Greenwood.
She was born August 6, 1962 in Indianapolis, IN. to Ronald and Judith (Phillips) Johnson. She was a 1980 graduate of Franklin Community High School. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include two sons; Justin Qualls (Heather) of Greenwood, IN and James Qualls of Franklin, IN; her mother Judith (Phillips) Johnson Charles; and step-father Robert Charles of Franklin, IN; two sisters Tammy Thompson (Chuck) of Erlanger, KY; and Tina Alexander of Franklin, IN; and one grandson Preston.
She was preceded in death by her father Ronald Johnson.
A service will take place Wednesday at 2PM at Swartz Family Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, 300 South U.S. 31 (Morton Street) in Franklin. Friends may call Wednesday, November 18, 2015, from 12 Noon till service time at the mortuary. Burial will be in Youngs Creek Cemetery in Franklin, IN.
