Condolence: I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Denise. She was an amazing person. She was great with children and I appreciated everything she did for my daughter. She will be missed! I loved to hear her sing.

Condolence: To Orval, Renee and Lia, (and many musicians and students of Denise), I want to express my condolences in the face of this terrible loss. It is so awful to know that our friend, teacher and family member Denise has passed on. Denise was always larger than life and I had assumed she would live forever! I suppose she will, given how huge and powerful her spirit is, not to mention her legacy through music.
