John F. Norris, 88, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away Monday, January 13, 2014 at Franciscan St. Francis Hospital in Indianapolis. He was a member of Holy Name Catholic Church in Beech Grove, Indiana. He was a World War II United States Army Air Force Veteran, serving as a nose gunner on a B-24 in the European Theater.
Surviving is his wife Betty Norris; three children Phillip Norris, Clare Welden and Nancy Moore; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be conducted 1:30 P.M. on Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at Washington Park East Cemetery Community Life Center in Indianapolis.
