Obituary for Pamela Lee Zook (Miller)

Pamela Lee (Miller) Zook, 69, of Franklin, Indiana passed away Saturday, March 23, 2013 at Johnson Memorial Hospital in Franklin. She was born March 7, 1944 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Lansing and Margaret (Wood) Miller. She married Dennis Zook, who survives. She was a homemaker. She had a great love for animals and through the years she had several dogs and cats. She was a member of Providence Christian Church and was a 1962 graduate of Union Township School. She was a member of the Ransford Chapter of the Order of The Eastern Star #605 at the Indiana Masonic Home.
Survivors include her husband Dennis L. Zook of Franklin; son Lee Bingham of Franklin; six step-children; sister Cathy Sledge of Bargersville, Indiana; three grandchildren; fourteen step-grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and five step great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter Melody Taulman on March 3, 2009; and an infant brother, Randy Joe Miller.
The Reverend Steve Sorensen will conduct a service Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at 1 P.M. at Swartz Family Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, 300 South U.S. 31 (Morton Street) in Franklin, Indiana. Friends may call Wednesday from 11 A.M. until service time at the mortuary. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Greenwood, Indiana.
