Charlotte E. Qubeck (Stolberg)
Charlotte E. (Stolberg) Qubeck, 67, of Franklin, Indiana passed away Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at her residence in Franklin. She was born August 15, 1944 in Bridgeport, Connecticut to the late Frank and Florence (Warner) Stolberg. She was a member of First Christian Church of Bargersville Indiana. She had been a volunteer for Church World Service where she served as board president of the regional advisory board for two years for the Indiana-Kentucky Conference and served on the board from 2003 until 2009. She served and organized the CROP WALK in Johnson County (Franklin, Indiana) for thirteen years.
Survivors include her husband William J. Qubeck III, who she married on June 20, 1964 of Franklin; son William J. Qubeck IV (Christine) of Cary, North Carolina; daughters Barbara Kulp (William) of Fairfield, Connecticut and Sue Humiston (Scott) of New Milford, Connecticut; seven grandchildren, Henry Qubeck, Benjamin Qubeck, William Kulp, Andrew Kulp, Angela Kulp, Sean Humiston, and Samantha Humiston. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Fred Stolberg.
Reverend Kenneth Rickett and Reverend Roger Gifford will conduct a service Monday, June 4, 2012 at 11 A.M. at First Christian Church of Bargersville, 101 East Street, Bargersville, Indiana. Friends may call Sunday, June 3, 2012 from 4 P.M. until 7 P.M. at the church. A private family burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin, Indiana. Swartz Family Community Mortuary and Memorial Center in Franklin is handling the arrangements.
